EBMX for ASI Controller 1.3.32

The EBMX App provides the functionality to finely tune your EBMX ASI controller for optimized performance.

To begin the customization process, users can wirelessly connect their EBMX ASI Controller to their smartphone via Bluetooth and then proceed with the setup.

The Smart Setup feature simplifies the process by offering a choice of four pre-set battery types (52v Bypass, 60v Bypass, 60v High Power, 72v High Power) and automatically configures over 11 battery parameters with a single click, enhancing overall performance.

Some of the key adjustments and calibration options available include:

• Motor Power adjustments – Total Power (kW) and Motor Current (Phase Amps)
• Gear Ratio setting with pre-set calculations based on chosen sprocket size and wheel+tyre diameter
• Motor Auto-Calibration for precise measurement and adjustment of various motor parameters
• Throttle Adjustments for positive twist, reaction time, and deadband settings
• Throttle Auto-Calibration for seamless integration with different throttle types
• Regen/Motor Brake adjustments for enhanced control over braking functions
• Speed Limit settings for adjusting maximum speed based on power mode
• Motor Field Weakening adjustments to increase speeds at the expense of torque
• Motor Over Temperature Protection and limit adjustments
• Virtual Freewheel parameter to replicate a traditional MTB freewheeling experience

The app also includes a troubleshooting page displaying error information, battery and controller temperatures, as well as motor sensor outputs.

Furthermore, users can benefit from a custom feature to disable specific error protection mechanisms if needed.

Please note that this application is only compatible with ASI BAC 8000 and BAC 4000 controllers acquired and calibrated by authorized EBMX dealers.
